Strengthening Body and Spirit: Join Our New Christian Chair Yoga Series
As we move into 2026, our mission remains focused on honoring God with our whole beings—heart, soul, mind, and strength. We have partnered with Whole Heart Yoga LLC, instructor Mariela Oyola-Brauch, to offer a new wellness initiative: Christian Chair Yoga.
This gentle practice is designed for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. By utilizing a sturdy chair for support, we can experience the benefits of movement without the strain of traditional floor exercises.
Why Join Us?
- Faith-Centered Movement: Every session integrates Scripture, prayer, and a meditative practice.
- Physical Vitality: Improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength, which are vital for maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls.
- Stress Relief & Peace: Use deep “breath prayers” and gentle stretches to alleviate anxiety and find rest in the Lord’s presence.
- Community Connection: Bond with fellow members in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
