At its meeting on January 29, 2024, the Session-Board of Trustees voted to call the 127th Annual Meeting of the Congregation-Corporation for Sunday, February 18, 2023, at approximately 10:15am, following the 9am worship service, in the Knox Commons, for the purposes of (a) receiving one or more annual reports; (b) receiving the report of the Congregational Nominating Committee to elect ruling elders, deacons and members of the Nominating Committee (c) reviewing and approving updated terms of call for both Pastors; (d) reviewing and approving for David Annett to be name Associate Pastor; (e)reviewing and approving changes in the Bylaws/Policy Manual and Articles of Incorporation regarding the number of elder-trustees serving on the Session-Board of Trustees; and conducting any other business that may properly come before the meeting. The meeting will be available to watch on the Knox website, but those wishing to comment or vote will need to be present in person.
