The next movie in the Knox film series is the movie Joy, a 2024 British biographical drama starring Bill Nighy, Thomasin McKenzie and James Norton. It is the story of the first in vitro fertilization baby Louise Brown. Based on real events in the 1960’s and 1970’s, nurse and embryologist Jean Purdy, visionary scientist Dr. Robert Edwards, and innovative surgeon Patrick Steptoe work to develop the first “test tube baby”.
