This intense courtroom drama features a star-studded cast with John Cusack, Gene Hackman, Rachel Weisz and Dustin Hoffman. This film pits lawyer Wendell Rohr (Hoffman) against a shady jury consultant Rankin Fitch (Hackman), who uses unlawful means to stack the jury with people sympathetic to the defense. Meanwhile, a juror, Nicholas Easter (Cusack), and his girlfriend, Marlee (Weisz), are able to sway the jury to deliver any verdict they want in a trial against a gun manufacturer.
