None of us likes to think about the end of life, but planning ahead is one of the kindest gifts we can give the people we love. Writing down your wishes now means your family won’t have to guess during an already hard time, and it gives you peace of mind knowing your faith and values will guide what happens next.

This free packet explains Ohio’s advance directives and includes the official Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney forms. It also covers organ donation, DNR orders and hospice care.

A Legacy of Faith
Learn about the ways you can include Knox in your financial or estate plans, from bequests and memorial gifts to tax-free IRA transfers. Members of our Memorial and Endowment Committee are happy to meet with you and your advisor.

Plans for a Funeral or Memorial Service
Share your wishes for your service, from burial or cremation to favorite scripture readings and hymns. Fill it out, give a copy to your family, and send one to the pastors to keep on file at Knox.
